KIARA EVENTS LIMITED EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Ticket Validity and Refunds

The ticket price is non-refundable. Kiara Events Limited is not liable for ticket forgery, duplication, tampering, or loss before or during the event. Anyone attempting to use a void or duplicated ticket may be denied entry or ejected without refund and could face legal action.

2. Personal Arrangements

Travel, accommodation, subsistence, or hospitality arrangements made by you are at your own risk. Kiara Events Limited is not responsible for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure.

3. Ticket Presentation

You must present a valid ticket to gain entry and retain it throughout the event. Altered, defaced, or partially removed tickets may be deemed invalid.

4. Consent to Recording

By attending, you consent to the use of your actual or simulated likeness in photography, video, and audio recordings for use in any media, at any time, worldwide. This may include recordings by police or security personnel for safety or crime prevention purposes.

5. Event Changes and Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or materially altered. A ‘material change’ is one that, in Kiara Events Limited’s reasonable opinion, makes the event substantially different from what ticket holders could reasonably expect. The following are not considered material changes: adverse weather, changes to supporting acts, replacement of individual performers, shortened event duration, or delayed start times.

6. Ticket Price Adjustments

Kiara Events Limited may alter ticket prices at its sole discretion. If you purchase a ticket and a lower-priced option becomes available later, no refund will be given for the difference.

7. Health and Safety

Prolonged exposure to loud music may damage hearing. Flashing lights may be used.

8. Alcohol Sales

Alcohol will not be sold to individuals under 18 years of age.

9. Right of Refusal and Ejection

Kiara Events Limited may refuse entry or eject you from the event under reasonable circumstances. No refunds will be given if removal is due to your own conduct.

10. Security and Prohibited Items

Kiara Events Limited may conduct security checks and confiscate items deemed dangerous or disruptive. Prohibited items include: smoking materials, laser pens, animals (except guide dogs), outside food and drink (unless permitted), bottles, cans, glass containers (unless permitted), weapons or sharp objects, illegal substances.
Kiara Events Limited is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to confiscated items.

11. Compliance with Staff Instructions

You must follow all instructions from event staff and stewards.

12. Liability

Kiara Events Limited, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, including direct, incidental, or consequential damages, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

13. Standing in Seated Areas

Audience members may be allowed to stand in designated seated areas.

14. Personal Property

Do not leave personal items unattended. Abandoned items may be removed and disposed of without liability.

15. Data Protection

By attending, you consent to the collection of your personal data. Your data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2019 and relevant consents provided.

16. Force Majeure

Kiara Events Limited is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemics, national mourning, strikes, theft, and government actions.

17. Third-Party Rights

No third party other than Kiara Events Limited may enforce any of these terms and conditions.

18. Event Changes

Events are subject to change. Kiara Events Limited may alter the advertised program and is not liable if the event is cancelled.
